  需要用到的食材有:橄榄油,雞蛋,莫紮裡拉芝士【還是跟上一期提到的玉米脆餅一樣(根據個人口味選擇或加入),小料【青椒、洋蔥、番茄、蘑菇】

  需要用的工具有:塑料膠鏟(便于在烹饪過程中翻動蛋卷),直徑10厘米的小平底鍋和電磁爐(可選)原因:溫度可控,以防火太大導緻蛋卷煎糊

  制作過程很簡單的

  • 首先将青椒、洋蔥、番茄和蘑菇洗淨淋幹水分後切成丁

  第二步:打蛋液

  ⚠️根據就餐的人數來考慮雞蛋的用量從而選擇不同的東西來盛蛋液;例如:情侶們闊以用小碗來盛。而科學家‍‍則呃……可以用量筒來盛。。。是不是很…逗比青年呃……随意!

  第三步:炒小料

  • 平底鍋放置于電磁爐的上方,将電磁爐調制在7檔。

  • 過1分鐘後在平底鍋中倒入橄榄油,此時将電磁爐調到3檔。

  • 待油溫熱後放入小料,不斷翻炒。

  第四步:煎蛋卷

  • 将電磁爐調至7檔後倒入蛋液,待其凝固成形後用膠鏟不斷地攪拌。

  • 然後使用背面迅速從鍋的兩面往中間推蛋卷至兩面完全合攏。

  • 左手拿住鍋柄,右手拿膠鏟輔助翻轉蛋卷即可。
