番茄炒蛋英語怎麼說？

Egg and tomato: 番茄炒蛋，如果要寫出來是“炒”，可以這樣說：

• Stir fried eggand tomato

• Scrambledeggand tomato

注意：Tomato發音美式英式大不同：

• 英式英語： /tə'mɑːtəʊ/

• 美式英語：/tə'meto/

番茄炒蛋可能是很多中國人一道學會的菜呀：

• You can't go wrong withegg and tomato. 做番茄炒蛋不可能出錯。

番茄炒蛋怎麼做？

一百個中國人可能有一百種番茄炒蛋的做法。今天我們給大家的版本是歪果仁Adam版的。

Ingredients 原料：

• Egg: 雞蛋

• Tomato: 番茄

• Green onion/spring onion/scallion: 蔥

• Wok: 炒鍋

• Pan: 平底鍋

國外很多地方都用電磁爐：

• Don't use flame, but use electric stove: 不用明火爐，用電磁爐

How to make it 怎麼做：

• Beat the egg/whisk the egg: 打雞蛋

• Cut the tomato into chunks: 把番茄切成塊

Chunks: 是較大的塊，如果是丁就用cubes

• Heat the pan with oil/Heat up the oil: 熱鍋、熱油

• Put in somescallions: 放入小蔥

• Stir fry the eggs: 炒雞蛋

• Stir fry the tomato until the juice comes out: 要把番茄炒出汁
