英語語法裡面，感覺最難，最複雜的就是從句了。我們在使用從句的時候，經常能看見Who,偶爾能看見Whom，Whose。那它們到底有什麼區别呢！一起來看看吧

1.I met a man who knows you.

我遇到了一個男人，這個男人認識你

2.I met man whose sister knows you.

我遇到了一個男人，這個男人的妹妹認識你

所以Whose表示‘誰的’意思哦

Note:

We use whose mostly for people:

大部分時候 我們用whose來形容人

舉個栗子，先看看Whom怎麼用：

Example: The woman whom I wanted to see was away on holiday.

拆出這個從句就是 I wanted to see whom，這裡的Whom在這裡是賓語，指The woman.

而Who與Whom的區别是：

WHO 可以做主語,又可以做賓語

Whom隻能做賓語

所以：

I wanted to see whom，做賓語的時候Whom Who可以互相替換，變成I wanted to see who

但：你沒有聽過Whom are you吧，因為這是錯的。Whom不能做主語哦~

結論：Whom is possible instead of who when it is the object of the verb in the relative clause

當Whom指代賓語的時候，Who可以替代Whom

反過來，Whom 不可以替代Who（當Who 是主語的時候），你沒有聽過Whom are you吧，因為這是錯的。

所以一般用Who就足夠了，至于Whom,加分項

BTW:

You can also use whom with a preposition

你也可以用whom加一個介詞

Example:The woman with whom he fell in love left him a few weeks

拆成兩個句子:

He fell in love with the woman.The woman left him a few weeks.

But we do not often use whom. In spoken English we usually prefer who or that,or nothing

在口語裡面，我們不經常使用whom，我們會用who/that。有時候也會直接省略who/that。

例如：

1. The man I saw went away. (The man後面已省略who/that)

2.The man who/that I saw went away. (用who/that)
