At last 的意思其實不是“最後”，而是指“最終，終于”。
例：
I've finished my essay at last!

而如果想表達“最後”，則可用last of all 。
例：

最後，我要感謝你們所有人。
Finally = lastly
finally和 lastly一樣，可以指某人等了很久卻難以實現的行動。
例：
It's not finally settled yet.
這還沒有徹底解決。
lastly常用在句端，通常用在列舉事情的場合。
例：
Lastly, schedule a day to disconnect. No email. No calls. No thinking about the to-do lists. A day to yourself.

In the end
In the end表示經過一段過程，很多建議或變數，不确定性之後得出結論；也可以用作談論将來的事情。
例：
In the end things will mend.

At the end
At the end指的是某件事情的結尾。
例：
Put a full stop at the end of your sentence.
在你的句子末尾加一個句号。
