with複合結構是由“with 賓語 補語”組成，充當賓語成分的通常是名詞或者代詞，充當補語成分的通常是形容詞，副詞，名詞，介詞短語和非謂語動詞。主要的構成形式：

with 名詞/代詞 形容詞;

with 名詞/代詞 副詞;

with 名詞/代詞 名詞

with 名詞/代詞 介詞短語;

with 名詞/代詞 非謂語動詞(to do表示将來發生的動作, doing現在分詞與前面的賓語邏輯上是主謂關系, done過去分詞和前面的賓語邏輯上是動賓關系)。
