His name is George Hood. Every day, he spends over 7 hours training, including four to five hours’ planking. Through hard training, he takes his place in the Guinness Book of World Records.

“Anybody can do what I do,” Mr. George says. “Just like other things in the daily life, everybody has to start somewhere. Start there and then keep going.”
