一、什麼是非謂語動詞 英語動詞有實義動詞，助動詞，與情态動詞之分，其中實義動詞可以在句子中充當語法成分，實義動詞根據其在句子中充當的成分可分為謂語動詞與非謂語動詞。非謂語動詞，顧名思義就是指動詞在句子中充當除謂語之外的語法成分。非謂語動詞在句子中的語法成分如下：

　　二、非謂語動詞的體态與語态 非謂語動詞沒有人稱與數量的限定，所以也稱之為非限定動詞，非限定動詞在使用時有體态與語态兩種形态的變化。非限定動詞的語态取決于非限定動詞的邏輯主語，非限定動詞作狀語時，其邏輯主語為句子的主語；非限定動詞作定語時，其邏輯主語為其修飾的那個詞；非限定動詞作賓語補語時其邏輯主語為賓語。在解非限定動詞題時，先分析非限定動詞在句子中的語法成分，再确定其邏輯主語，根據邏輯主語來确定非限定動詞的語态。非限定動詞若沒有出現時間狀語，我們可以把非限定動詞與謂語動詞時間的進行比較，看它是發生在謂語動作之前，或是之後，還是同時發生。若非限定動詞出現了具體的時間狀語，則根據時間狀語來确定其體态。非謂語動詞的體态與語态變化如下：
