　　1.「高考」NCEE

　　高考，全稱「普通高等學校招生全國統一考試」，英文譯為：

　　National College Entrance Examination，可以簡寫成 NCEE。

　　其他考試怎麼說？

　　examination/exam 指正式的考試，比如入學考試，等級考試

　　test 平時的小考或小測驗

　　quiz 指沒有準備的随堂突擊小測驗

　　midterm 期中考試

　　final 期末考試

　　closed-book exam 閉卷考試

　　open-book exam 開卷考試

　　2.「考生」candidate

　　2020 年有 1071 萬考生參加高考，「考生」可以簡單地用 student(s) 表示，但用 candidate(s) 更準确。

　　candidate /ˈkændɪˌdeɪt/ n. [C] ① 應試者▸ Candidates are not allowed to use a calculator in this exam.這次考試，考生不可以使用計算器。② 候選人，申請者▸ a presidential candidate總統候選人

　　3.「加分」bonus points

　　2020年，黑龍江發布通知，被認定為烈士的醫務人員子女參加普通高考、成人高考，在文化課統考成績總分的基礎上加20分。「加分」的英語是 bonus points。

　　【例】The ministry said in March that it would eliminate some preferential provisions that award bonus points to some students total score, as part of its effort to promote a more fair and scientific selection process.教育部3月份表示，将取消部分加分優待條款，以使人才選拔程序更加公正、科學。

　　P.S. bonus points 還可以表示「消費積分」或「會員積分」

　　【例】The bonus points in the membership card shall become invalid at the maturity of the card.卡内積分将在會員卡到期之日起作廢。

　　4.「高考狀元」top scorers

　　高考狀元 —— top scorers，也可以說 champions 或 top performers。

　　【例】In recent years, over-emphasis or even hype of the top scorers and highest enrollment rate received negative reviews. 近年來，過分強調甚至炒作高考“狀元”和錄取率引發負面評論。

　　5.「招生制度」 enrollment system

　　招生制度，enrollment system 或 admission system。

　　【例】The realization of educational justice demands a balanced development in education, an effective legal guarantee system and a sustained improvement in the enrollment system.教育公平的實現需要教育的均衡發展、有效的法制保障、招生制度的持續完善。

　　6.「監考老師」invigilator

　　invigilator. /ɪnˈvɪdʒɪleɪtə/ n. [C]. 監考人【例】Candidates should obey the examination hall rules, keep quiet, and follow the guidance of the invigilator.考生必須嚴格遵守考場紀律，保持肅靜，聽從監考人員指導。

　　7.「模拟考試」mock examination

　　mock examination / exam，模拟考試。也可以說 practice test，模拟測試。前者比較正式，規模也大于後者。

　　【例】Mock exams offer a good sampling of the kinds of questions youll encounter and give you the opportunity to resolve them on your own time. 模拟考試為你提供可能遇到的各種題目的範本，并讓你有機會用自己的時間解答這些問題。

　　8.「錄取分數線」enrollment mark

　　錄取分數線 —— enrollment mark，還可以說 enrollment score 或 admission score 。「最低錄取分數」minimum enrollment mark 也是個很地道的表達方式。

　　【例】THU (Tsinghua University) says its enrollment scores for science and liberal arts are the highest in over 80% provinces and regions.清華大學稱，在八成以上的省區，清華的文理科錄取分數線都是最高的。

　　9.「錄取通知書」admission notification

　　錄取通知書，admission notification/notice 或者 enrollment certificates；也可以簡單地說 letter of admission 或 college acceptance letter。

　　【例】Beijing EMS said it will deliver enrollment certificates from universities in the city to the national college entrance examinees next week.下周起，北京郵政速遞将開始投遞本市大部分高校錄取通知書。
