The Cloud
A large black cloud passed over the scorched fields, but it did not drop a drop of rain, it poured all the rain on the rough sea. Then it bragged of its generosity to the mountains.
The mountain said to him, "It seems to me that your generosity does me no good but makes me extremely angry. If you let the rain fall on the fields! But you pour the rain into the sea. Don't you know that the sea is full of water?"
We should use our resources where they are needed, and make the best use of them is the primary criterion for allocating resources.
