雙相不鏽鋼的焊接
1. 雙相不鏽鋼可焊性良好,熱裂傾向小,一般焊前不需預熱,焊後不需熱處理,可與18-8型奧氏體不鏽鋼或碳鋼等異種鋼焊接。
2. 雙相不鏽鋼的焊接材料或填充材料通常采用比母材含鎳高的材料,對于含氮的雙相不鏽鋼要求焊材和母材的含氮量相同。以保證焊縫金屬有足夠的奧氏體量。
3. 雙相不鏽鋼常用的焊接方法有手工電弧焊和鎢極氩弧焊兩種。适宜使用多層焊,采用多道次和低熔敷率的方式。
4. 雙相不鏽鋼的中溫敏化問題在焊接時一般不會出現。
