财政部等八部門日前發布公告稱，自2022年3月1日起，優化調整跨境電子商務零售進口商品清單，增加滑雪用具、番茄汁、高爾夫球用具等29個商品稅目。

China will further optimize the list of imported retail goods for cross-border e-commerce starting from March 1, 2022, according to a statement jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and seven other departments. The list will add a total of 29 product categories including ski equipment, tomato juice and golf equipment.

2016年4月，财政部等有關部門制定了跨境電子商務零售進口稅收政策，并發布了跨境電子商務零售進口商品清單，明确允許跨境電子商務零售進口商品範圍及相應監管要求。跨境電子商務零售進口商品清單采取“正面清單”管理方式，自2016年發布以來，清單經過多次調整，商品稅目數量不斷增加、類别更加豐富。

此次調整将在跨境電子商務零售進口商品清單（2019年版）基礎上進一步優化：增加了滑雪用具、家用洗碟機、番茄汁等29項近年來消費需求旺盛的商品，删除了刀劍1個商品稅目。同時，根據近年我國稅則稅目變化情況調整了部分商品的稅則号列，根據監管要求調整優化了部分清單商品備注。經過此次優化調整，清單商品數将達1476個。優化跨境電商零售進口商品清單，有利于促進跨境電子商務業态發展，推動貿易高質量發展，豐富國内市場供給，更好滿足人民美好生活需要，同世界共享市場機遇。

China will open more demonstration zones for creative promotion of import trade, optimize the catalogue of retail imports via cross-border e-commerce, encourage the on-site processing of imported goods from trading between border residents, and increase imports from neighboring countries.
