《Froggy Gets Dressed》是一本好評如潮的經典繪本，入選了紐約公共圖書館100本必讀繪本。

閱讀這本繪本，小朋友可以認識到許多穿着衣物的英文表達。

《小青蛙穿衣服》

冬天來了，小青蛙發現屋子外面下雪了，顧不得媽媽的冬眠勸告，他決心出去玩。

小青蛙急忙忙地穿上他的襪子、靴子、戴上帽子、手套、系上圍巾，興緻勃勃跑到雪地裡。

然而，媽媽卻三番四次地呼喚他，原因是小青蛙總是漏穿了衣物，不得不反複地回家重新穿。最後，小青蛙被穿衣折騰累了，直接睡覺了。

在整個故事當中，小青蛙每穿一樣衣物，作者都配上了對應的拟聲詞，讓這些動作變得形象有趣，也讓繪本變得更加吸引孩子們的注意！

下面我帶大家一起讀一讀吧：

It was cold. Froggy woke up and looked out the window.

天氣很冷。小青蛙醒了，朝窗外望去。

"Snow! Snow!" he sang.

“下雪啦！下雪啦！”他哼唱道。

"I want to play in the snow!"

“我要去玩雪！”

"Go back to sleep, Froggy," said his mother.

青蛙媽媽說：“快回去睡覺，小青蛙。”

"Don't you know? Frogs are supposed to sleep all winter. Wake up when the snow melts."

“你知道嗎？青蛙在整個冬天都應該冬眠，當雪融化的時候才起床。”

"No! No!" cried Froggy. "I'm awake! Awake! I want to go out and play in the snow."

“不，不”，小青蛙大叫，“我已經醒啦！醒啦！我要去外面的雪裡玩。”

So Froggy put on his socks-zoop!

Pulled on his boots-zup!

Put on his hat-zat!

Tied on his scarf-zwit!

Tugged on his mittens-zum!

所以小青蛙穿上襪子，咂吧！

穿上靴子，刺啦！

戴上帽子，呲呲！

系上圍巾，咂吧！

拉緊手套，刺啦！

And flopped outside into the snow-flop flop flop.

然後撲通地走出了室外，吧嗒吧嗒的走進雪裡。

"Frrrooggyy!" called his mother.

“小青蛙——！”青蛙媽媽大聲的喊他。

"Wha-a-a-a-a-t?" yelled Froggy.

“幹啥——！”小青蛙大叫道。

"Did you forget to put something on?"

“你是不是忘記穿什麼了？”

Froggy looked down.

小青蛙往下一看。

"Oops!" cried Froggy. "I forgot to put on my pants!"

“糟了！”小青蛙大叫，“我忘記穿褲子啦！”

He flopped back inside-flop flop flop.

它撲通的跑回家——啪嗒，啪嗒，啪嗒。

Tugged off his mittens.

Untied his scarf.

Took off his hat.

Pulled off his boots. (he lefe his socks on)

and slipped his pants on-zip!

他拽下手套。

解開圍巾。

摘掉帽子。

脫下鞋子。（襪子留着沒脫）

滋溜一下穿上褲子。

Then he pulled on his boots-zup!

Put on his hat-zat!

Tied on his scarf-zwit!

Tugged on his mittens-zum!

然後穿上靴子，刺啦！

戴上帽子，呲呲!

系上圍巾，咂吧!

戴上手套，咂吧！

And flopped back outside into the snow-flop flop flop.

小青蛙再一次撲通的走回雪裡，——啪嗒，啪嗒，啪嗒。

"Frrrooggyy!" called his mother.

“小青蛙——！”青蛙媽媽大聲的喊他。

"Wha-a-a-a-a-t?" yelled Froggy.

“幹啥——！”小青蛙大叫道。

"Did you forget to put something on?"

“你是不是忘記穿什麼了？”

Froggy looked down.

小青蛙往下一看。

"Oops!" he cried. "I forgot to put on my shirt!"

“糟了！”小青蛙大叫，“我忘記穿襯衫啦！”

"And your coat!" added his mother.

“還有你的衣服！”媽媽補充道。

He flopped back inside-flop flop flop.

它撲通的跑回家——啪嗒，啪嗒，啪嗒。

Tugged off his mittens.

Untied his scarf.

Took off his hat. (he left his pants, boots, and socks on)

and buttoned up his shirt-zut zut zut!

他拽下手套。

解開圍巾。

摘掉帽子。（留着褲子、靴子、襪子沒脫）

然後系好襯衫上的紐扣，砸啪！咂啪！咂啪！

Then he snapped on his cout-znap!

Put on his hat-zat!

Tied on his scarf-zwit!

Tugged on his mittens-zum!

然後他啪啪的穿上衣服，刺啦!

戴上帽子，呲呲!

系上圍巾，咂吧!

戴上手套，咂舌！

And flopped back outside into the snow-flop flop flop.

小青蛙再一次撲通的走回雪裡，——啪嗒，啪嗒，啪嗒。

"Frrrooggyy!" called his mother.

“小青蛙——！”青蛙媽媽大聲的喊他。

"Wha-a-a-a-a-t?" yelled Froggy.

“幹啥——！”小青蛙大叫道。

"Did you forget to put something on?"

“你是不是忘記穿什麼了？”

Froggy looked down.

小青蛙往下一看。

He had on his mittens.

He had on his scarf.

He had on his coat.

He had on his shirt.

He had on his pants.

He had on his boots.

He had on his socks.

He reached up-Yep! He had on his hat.

What could be missing?

他帶了手套。

系了圍巾。

穿了衣服。

穿了襯衫。

穿了褲子。

穿了靴子。

穿了襪子。

它摸摸頭頂——

噢耶！帶了帽子。

還能忘記什麼呢？

"Your underwear!" his mother laughed.

“你的内衣褲！”媽媽大笑。

"Oops!" cried Froggy, looking more red in the face than green.

“噢！”小青蛙大叫。它的臉紅得厲害，紅到差點看不出綠色啦。

He flopped back inside-flop flop flop.

它撲通的跑回家——啪嗒，啪嗒，啪嗒。

Tugged off his mittens.

Untied his scarf.

Unsnapped his coat.

Unbottoned his shirt.

Unzipped his pants.

他拽下手套。

解開圍巾。

解開大衣扣子。

解開襯衫扣子。

拉開褲子拉鍊。

Pulled off his boots.

Took off his socks. (he lefe his hat on)

and slipped his long johns on--with a zap! of elastic.

他扯掉鞋子。

脫掉襪子。（留着帽子沒脫）

然後狠狠地啪地一聲穿上秋衣秋褲。

Then he put on one sock-zoop!

Pulled on one boot-zup!

Tugged on one mitten-zum!

Started to tug on the other...

然後它穿上一隻襪子，呲啦!

穿上一隻靴子，呲呲!

套上一隻手套，咂吧!

開始套上另一隻...

...and let it drop.

And said, "I'm too tired."

.…然後任由手套掉下去。

小青蛙說，我太累啦。

And went back to sleep.

然後他回去睡覺了。

Good night, Froggy.

晚安，小青蛙。
