弗羅倫斯·南丁格爾(1820.5.12-1910.8.13)，英國護士和統計學家。由于她在野戰醫院一線工作的努力，讓護士的社會地位與形象都大為提高，“南丁格爾”也成為護士精神的代名詞。她是世界上第一個真正的女護士，開創了護理事業。
