The Sixth Silk Road International Exposition opened Sunday in Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province. With a theme of strengthening interconnectivity and integration for common progress, shared benefits and win-win results, the expo has attracted participants from over 70 countries and regions, including the Republic of Korea, Thailand, and Singapore.

【知識點】

絲綢之路國際博覽會暨中國東西部合作與投資貿易洽談會（簡稱絲博會）前身為創辦于1997年的中國東西部合作與投資貿易洽談會（簡稱西洽會）。2016年3月，經黨中央、國務院批準，正式更名為絲博會。每年5月中旬在陝西省西安市舉辦。

絲博會舉辦以來，在“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區及中外企業積極參與下，深度融入共建“一帶一路”大格局，着力打造内陸改革開放高地，主動服務新時代推動西部大開發形成新格局，取得了豐碩成果。泰國、吉爾吉斯斯坦、格魯吉亞等11個國家先後擔任主賓國，共有來自全球190多個國家和地區的200多位境外前政要、政要和9000多名境外客商參展參會，展銷特色商品3萬多種，觀衆人數超過60萬人次。

第六屆絲博會以“互聯互通互融·共進共享共赢”為主題，在西安國際會展中心設置了國際館、中國館、陝西館、鄉村振興館、智能制造館、綠色産業館等6個展館，總展示面積7.2萬平方米，展示“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區的整體形象、資源優勢、特色産業、重點項目，開展投資洽談、大宗貿易和項目簽約等活動。來自70多個國家和地區的境外嘉賓和客商以及國内20多個省份的客商通過線上和線下結合的方式參會。本屆絲博會還創新設置了區域全面經濟夥伴關系協定（RCEP）專題展區，并将舉辦2022中國（陝西）——RCEP區域經貿合作圓桌會，進一步拓寬RCEP各成員國間的合作空間。

中國将持續打造市場化法治化國際化營商環境，高水平實施《區域全面經濟夥伴關系協定》，推動高質量共建“一帶一路”，為全球工商界提供更多市場機遇、投資機遇、增長機遇。

I wish to reiterate that China's resolve to open up at a high standard will not change, and that the door of China will open still wider to the world. China will continue to foster an enabling business environment that is based on market principles, governed by law and up to international standards. We will pursue high-standard implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and offer more market, investment and growth opportunities to the global business community.
