pump up有3個意思：
① pump sth. up表示“給（輪胎等）充氣”
② pump sth. up表示“增加某物數量/價值等”

③ pump sb. up “使某人興奮，給某人打氣”
英語解釋為 to increase someone's or one's own excitement, confidence, or mental preparation。
