寂靜，是時間在堆積木

蟲鳴和耳鳴竟無法分清

一隻标點盤踞在書頁的陰影裡

用冷硬的輪廓對抗我

它隔離已讀和未讀的詞

油墨裡有宇宙在膨脹

我打開台燈

開關按得慢一點，光速就慢了一點

光裡的灰塵也慢了一點

電流聲和下水道聲低速湧出

家具的方形、圓形、三角形、六邊形以慢動作砸來

在遲鈍的光中

今夜反反複複跨不過一個标點

隻是回憶過世的親人

積木立刻塌在光裡

The Night

Minutes and hours pile up, not making a sound,

whilst my tinnitus mingles with insect hums.

A punctuation mark sits squarely on a shadowy page,

giving me a cold shoulder,

blocking my way into the unread territory.

The ink on paper holds an expanding universe.

I turn on the lamp,

switching it on slowly, as if to slow down the photons,

to slow down the swirling dust,

to slow down the electrons, the gurgling water in the drainpipe,

and the clashing of home décor—squares, circles, triangles, and hexagons.

In this languorous light,

as many times as I try,

I am not able to reach the other side of the punctuation mark,

instead reawaken the memories of deceased kith and kin

and watch the pile of time blocks come crashing down.
