《木頭上的青蛙》

Frog sits on his log by the bog.

青蛙先生坐在沼澤旁邊的圓木上。

With one big hop,he jumps over the bog.

他用力一跳，跳過了沼澤。

Off he goes!Frog likes to jog.

他離開了沼澤。青蛙先生喜歡慢跑。

"I'm a jogging frog from the log by the bog."

“我是一隻來自沼澤的小青蛙。”

Frog's jogging has ended.It is foggy.

青蛙先生結束了慢跑。天氣起霧了。

Out of the fog runs Pup the dog.

從霧中跑來一隻小狗。

Pup can't see. He bumps into Frog's log.

小狗看不見前面，他一頭撞到了青蛙的原木上。

Frog falls off into the bog.

青蛙先生掉進了沼澤。

"You silly dog!"

“你這個傻狗！”

Frog is back up on his log.

Along trots Big Pig in the fog.

青蛙先生重新回到他的原木上，

這時有一隻匆忙的大豬豬在霧中走來。

Pig is looking for Pup the dog.

大豬豬在尋找小狗。

Now he bumps into Frog's log...

可現在他撞到了青蛙先生的原木上...

..and Frog falls of into the bog.

青蛙先生掉進了沼澤。

"You silly hog!"

“你這個笨豬豬！”

Next day,it is sunny.

第二天，陽光明媚。

"Bump into my log"says Frog.

“來撞撞我的原木吧”，青蛙先生說。

Is Frog trying to be funny?

青蛙先生是想要玩個有趣的遊戲嗎？

"Bump your log!"barks Pup the dog.

“撞你的原木？”小狗喊道。

“You will not call us silly dog and hog?”

“你不會叫我們傻狗和笨豬豬吧？”

"No, bump away!"croaks grinning Frog.

“是的不會，你們撞吧！”青蛙先生呱呱的笑。

"I cannot fall off. I'm strapped to my log."

“我不會再掉進去了，我把自己綁在原木上啦。”

So Big Pig and Pup the dog bump into the log...

然後大豬豬和小狗一起撞開了原木。

...which tips back into the bog....

原木傾斜進了沼澤。

...taking with it foolish Frog.

帶着傻傻的青蛙先生一起掉入了沼澤。

Frog is agog.

青蛙先生激動地說：

"Now it is me who is silly.A silly frog!"

“現在我也是笨蛋啦，一個笨青蛙”。
