點擊數據透視表中的表格和區域，點擊确定

将第十四個字段拖進行，再将第十四個字段拖進值。框選需要的區域，插入二維餅圖。

删除不必要的字段。

設置各部分餅的顔色，可設置為漸變色。

添加數據标注。

以下就是制作好的餅圖。

直方圖

選中需要繪制直方圖的列 ，然後直接插入直方圖。

隐藏坐标軸标題。

添加橫坐标軸标題，再添加縱坐标軸标題，調節标題字體大小和顔色。

設置圖形顔色。

删除背景網格線。

将坐标軸實線化，可根據需求設置顔色。

以下就是制作好的直方圖。
