幻燈片母版考點

001.插入logo

【視圖】選項卡→幻燈片母版→點擊左側幻燈片母版頁→【插入】選項卡→插入圖片→單擊右鍵→置于底層。

特别提醒：一定要在母版頁（也就是第一頁）插入圖片。

002.設置字體和段落

要求統一更改各級文本字體和段落時，可以通過母版視圖進行批量操作。

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→點擊左側幻燈片母版頁→選中各級文本→按照題目要求進行更改。

003.添加删除版式

【添加版式操作步驟】

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→進入幻燈片母版視圖→插入版式。

【删除版式操作步驟】

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→找到要删除的版式→單擊右鍵→删除版式。

004.創建母版

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→【插入幻燈片母版】→光标定位在母版→單擊右鍵→【重命名母版】→輸入要求文字。

005.插入占位符

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→【插入占位符】→選擇題目要求的占位符。

006.設置版式背景，隐藏背景

【設置版式背景操作步驟】

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→背景樣式→設置背景格式→圖片或紋理填充→插入→找到背景圖片→插入→調整透明度。

【隐藏背景圖形操作步驟】

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→勾選隐藏背景圖形。

007.插入水印

【視圖】選項卡→【幻燈片母版】→選擇幻燈片母版的第一個版式→插入選項卡→藝術字→輸入文字→選中文本框旋轉→關閉母版視圖。

特别提醒：

1. 藝術字要放在母版上，才會在每張幻燈片上出現。

2. 如果标題幻燈片未出現水印，原因是被主題遮擋，更換主題即可。

001. Insert the logo

[View] TAB → Slide master → Click on the left slide master page → [Insert] TAB → Insert picture → right click → Bottom layer.

Special note: be sure to insert images on the master page (i.e. the first page).

002. Set font and paragraph

When changing fonts and paragraphs at all levels of text is required, batch operations can be performed through the master view.

[View] TAB → [Slide master] → Click on the left slide master page → select each level of text → make changes as required by the topic.

003. Add and delete format

[Procedure for adding format]

[View] TAB → [Slide master] → Enter slide master view → Insert layout.

[Procedure for deleting the format]

[View] TAB → [Slide master] → Find the format to delete → right click → Delete format.

004. Create a master

[View] TAB → [Slide master] → [Insert slide master] → cursor position on the master → right click → [rename master] → Enter the required text.

005. Insert placeholders

[View] TAB → [Slide master] → [Insert placeholder] → select the placeholder required by the topic.

006. Set layout background and hide background

[Setting layout background]

【 View 】 TAB →【 Slide master 】→ Background Style → Set background format → Fill image or texture → Insert → Find background image → Insert → Adjust transparency.

[Hide background graphic operation Steps]

【 View 】 TAB →【 slide master 】→ check to hide background graphics.

007. Insert watermark

[View] TAB → [Slide master] → Select the first layout of the slide master → Insert TAB → Art word → Input text → select the text box rotation → close the master view.

Special reminder:

1. Artistic characters must be placed on the master before they appear on each slide.

2. If the title slide is not watermarked because it is blocked by the theme, change the theme.
