◆ Simply put, -ED Adjectives are used to describe feelings and emotions of a person

-ING Adjectives
◆ to basically describe how something makes someone feel

◆ to basically describe any noun, including people, animals, things, situations, places, or ideas
基本可以用來形容所有名詞,包括人、動物、事物、情況、地點或想法等等
★The new movie is really boring.
★這部新電影很乏味。
★His speech was really interesting.
★他的演講真有趣。
★I’m bored because I’m watching a boring movie.
★我感到無聊,因為我正在看一部無聊的電影。
★This film is frightening, so I feel frightened.
★這部電影很恐怖,我感到害怕。
★I’m annoyed because the fly is annoying.

If you’re talking about a temporary feeling or an emotion, then use -ED Adjectives; and if you’re talking about a permanent quality of a person, then use -ING Adjectives.

★He is so bored.
