Dear foreign friends,

江門是中國僑都，500多萬江門籍華僑華人旅居海外，素有海内外兩個江門的說法。江門歡迎僑胞回鄉創業就業，也歡迎來自世界各地外籍人士前來江門尋找新發展機遇。

Jiangmen is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. More than 5 million overseas Chinese with Jiangmen origin live overseas. Jiangmen welcomes overseas Chinese to return to their hometown for business and work, and also welcomes foreigners from all over the world for work and seek new opportunities.

合法創業、合法就業是每一位來江外藉人士必須具備的守法意識。未取得工作許可證在我市就業創業屬違法行為，聘請單位和外籍員工須承擔法律責任。依法取得外國人來華工作許可證，獲取工作居留許可，可享受與中國國民同等的社會保障待遇，讓法律成為您在這座城市的堅強後盾，發展您更好的未來。

Each foreigners intends to invest and work in Jiangmen must abide by the laws and regulations of China. It is illegal to start a business or work in Jiangmen without obtaining the Foreigner’s Work Permit(hereinafter referred to as the Work Permit). Both illegally working foreigners and companies who employ them must bear legal responsibilities. After obtaining the Work Permit and Residence Permit(working type), foreigners can enjoy the same social security treatment as Chinese nationals. Dear foreign friends, Let’s strictly abide by the law so as to pursue a better future in Jiangmen!

江門市科學技術局為您提供優質的外國人工作許可證審批服務。外國人來華工作許可能夠全程網上辦理，資料齊全最快當日受理、當日辦結，您安坐家中便可快速獲取工作證件。工作許可證最長給予5年有效期，1次辦證，5年省心，免卻您頻繁辦理出入境證件的煩惱。

The Work Permit application is approved by Jiangmen Science and Technology Bureau where you could find tailor-made help for any questions upon the application. Most importantly, the Work Permit can be applied online throughout the whole process and applicants can get the Work Permit instantly the same day as application with all documents required is accepted. The maximum valid of the Work Permit is 5 years, you needn’t to worry about renewing it frequently in the coming 5 years.
