歐陽鶴（1927-2019），字子臯，湖南長沙人，清華大學畢業，教授級高級工程師。曾任中國電力詩詞學會常務副會長、中華詩詞學會顧問等。有《歐陽鶴詩詞選》、《落霞秋水集》等。

OUYANG He(1927-2019), styled Sir Moor, a native of Changsha, Hunan Province, graduated from Tsinghua University.
