今天給大家推薦一款小巧好用的辦公軟件Softmaker office。

目前市面上最流行的辦公軟件毫無疑問是微軟office和金山的WPS。甚至有些朋友可能隻知道這兩款辦公軟件。

實際上除了這兩款，還是有不少好用的辦公軟件的。比如永中Office、LibreOffice、藍山Office、OpenOffice、Ashampoo office、Softmaker office等。

今天我們就來重點講講Softmaker office。

Softmaker office是德國Softmaker公司推出的辦公套件，其中TextMaker是文字處理程序，PlanMaker是電子表格應用程序，Presentations是演示文稿程序，所有的軟件都與Microsoft Office的對應程序完美兼容。

目前最新版是SoftMaker Office 2021，本文介紹的是2010版，體積僅13MB，打包後僅11MB，非常适合作為WINPE下Office辦公軟件的替代品。

PS：我一直以為SoftMaker Office是Ashampoo Office。Ashampoo（阿香婆）也是德國的公司，隻不過他們的Office對應的是：文字處理Write，電子表格Calculate，演示Present。

本文介紹的SoftMaker Office 2010是綠色版的。不需要安裝，直接運行對應的EXE文件即可。

比如我們要進行文字處理，直接運行TextMaker.exe。

打開我們想要編輯的文件，下面的操作就和微軟office和WPS差不多了。

電子表格應用程序PlanMaker、演示文稿程序Presentations也都和微軟office和WPS差不多。我們打開看看：

第一次打開軟件的時候會提示是否關聯文件，我們可以根據需要設置。

實測Presentations對PPTX格式的文件支持有問題，新版應該解決了此問題。

我們可以把這個軟件加入到WinPE下，應下急。
