#玩手機

“玩手機”實際上玩的不是手機，而是玩裡面的各種軟件。 所以不能說play the phone, 因為play接的内容是玩的對象，比如play the piano, play soccer。玩手機應該說：

• play on the phone（√）
• play the phone（×）

#刷手機

刷手機，刷卡都可以用：swipe， 意思是“滑動”。

注意：刷手機雖然是在手機屏幕上滑， 但是不需要加on.

• swipe my phone（√）刷手機

swipe on my phone（×）

• swipe my screen 刷（手機）屏幕
• swipe my card 刷卡

#刷劇

雖然都叫“刷”， 但是刷劇不能用swipe， 因為刷劇不是你用手指在電視屏幕上滑動。刷劇應該說：

• binge-watch

binge是指“過度地做一件事”，再比如，每逢佳節胖三斤，一到過年很多人就開始：

• binge-drink：無節制地喝
• binge-eat：無節制地吃

Don't binge-eating during the Spring Festival.

不要在春節的時候大吃大喝。

#上瘾

有一個很形象的短語可以形容大家對手機感覺：

• can't put it down: 無法放下， 愛不釋手

I just can't put my phone down. 我玩手機根本停不下來。

所以，形容一本書很精彩讓你停不下就可說：

• unputdownable: 放不下的

This is an unputdownable book.

The book is so unputdownable.

對手機上瘾，還可以說

• glued to the phone. 對手機上瘾，這個詞相對中性

She’s glued to the phone. 她對手機上瘾了。

• addicted to the phone: 對手機上瘾，這個詞比較負面， 心理已經産生了嚴重的依賴。

She's addicted to sugar. 她對糖上瘾。

She's addicted to computer games. 她對電腦遊戲上瘾。

#低頭族

• phubbuer：/'fʌbɚ/ 低頭族
• phubber=phone snubber(冷落他人者)

所以， 如果你身邊有經常低頭看手機， 而冷落了身邊的人的人就可以叫ta: phubber.

• 動詞是：phub

如果你受不了phubber的行為了， 就可以嚷嚷下：

• Stop phobbing me! 别看手機冷落我啦！
