剛剛說完了work和下班等英文表達，那大白再來說說一個跟上班族關系很密切的東西，就是“電腦 computer”，每天來到公司，坐下來的第一件事情就是打開電腦，開始辦公，那你知道“打開電腦”該怎麼說嗎？

　　有小夥伴說，那還不容易，不就是“Open the computer”，哈哈哈～雖然說“打開電腦”英文是一個很簡單的表達，但是還是會有很多人弄錯。

　　我們要知道“Open the computer”是指把電腦拆開的那種，我們每天工作可不是這麼暴力的哈～這裡的Open就用的不适合。

　　你可以說

　　open the book

　　open the box

　　open the door

　　open the window

　　open the fridge

　　但是“遙控開關類”設備的“打開”，如開電腦、開電視、開燈、開空調、開淋雨頭/花灑就不可以用 Open 了

　　這是典型的Chinglish中式英語，同理，這類物件的“關閉”也不能說 close sth.!

　　正确的“打開”應該是：

　　01、Turn on/off“開啟/ 關閉” Do you mind turning on/off the A/C?

　　你介意打開/關掉空調嗎？

　　Turn on your computer and Ill show you.

　　打開電腦，我教你。

　　02、Switch on/ switch off“開啟/ 關閉” She emptied both their mugs and switched on the electric kettle.

　　她倒空了他們倆的杯子，然後打開了電水壺。

　　Switch off your music or Ill kick your ass.

　　把這煩人的音樂給我關了！

　　Dont forget to switch off the light when you leave

　　一會兒走得時候别忘了關燈。

　　電腦用久了多少會出點毛病，那“電腦壞了”是不是 Computer is broken？也不是。

　　Broken 指“打碎、打破”如果你這麼說，别人會認為你電腦是摔地上砸壞了，最好是描述具體故障。

　　比如：

　　（1）Pictures frozen“畫面卡住了”

　　（2）Frozen“死機、黑屏”

　　（3）do not work“死機、黑屏”
