首先，這三個詞的共同詞根都是sen=feel（“感知”），說明它們都與“感”有關系。

按照英文解釋:

Sense: 1.one of the five powers （also include the sixth sense）that your body uses to get information. 中文的意思是“感覺官能；感官”，人通過這些sensor去感知世界。順便說一下，做“感官”講時，sense 不同于feeling, 後者是指conscious subjective experience of emotion，特别注意一下這個emotion (情感、情緒，這不是人的官能，而是感受)； 2. Feeling/understanding about sth. 中文的意思是“感知力”或“感受力”.E.g. a sense of identity/belong/humor/direction/timing (認同感；歸宿感；幽默感；方向感；時間感)； 3. A good understanding and judgment “良好的判斷力和清醒的認識”e.g. common sense（常識）, talk sense（講道理）, make sense（有道理）, make sense of sth（搞懂），反義詞是nonsense； 4. A normal state of mind; the ability to think clearly 理智e.g. when she came to her sense（恢複理智）, she decided to keep her mouth shut.

Sensibility: 1.the ability to experience and understand deep feelings, esp. in art and literature 中文意思是“藝術感受力和鑒賞力”；2. A person’s feelings, esp. when the person is easily offended or influenced by sth 中文意思是“情感”，在這層意思上，與feeling同義。

Sentiment: 可以翻譯成“傷感、多愁善感”、“帶有情緒（一般指非理智的）的看法”a general thought, feeling, or sense, esp. a tender feeling as apart from reason or judgment, sometimes of a weak or foolish kind. E.g. nationalist sentiment 民族主義的情緒

借助上面的區分，Sense and sensibility 中的sense 用到的是其第四個含義, sensibility用到的是其第二個含義。
