Beginning Form
1、兩腳并步站立,兩臂自然下垂于身體兩側,掌心向内,上體中正,目視前方。
Let the two feet stand apart and parallel with each other.Drop the two arms naturally to the sides of the body with the palm facing inside.Straighten the upper body, looking straight ahead.

2、接着上面的動作,屈膝松胯,周身放松,氣沉丹田...左腳向左開步,與肩寬,腳尖向前,目視前方
Following the previous posture, bend the knees and realx the hips,realx the whole body,sink the vital energy to the lower abdomen... Lift the left foot step to the left ,shoulder width apart, the tiptoes pointing to the front, looking straight ahead.

3、接着上面的動作,雙手慢慢擡起,與肩高,掌心向下。眼睛目視前方。

4、接着上面的動作,雙手下按至兩胯前,立身中正,掌心向下,眼睛平視。
Following the previous posture. Press hands down to the front of your hips.Palms down.looking straight ahead.
